Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6/15/2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how SuccessMark ("SuccessMark", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the personal data of clients ("you", "Client") who submit a payment request in connection with our marketing, branding, advertising, and related professional services (collectively, the "Services"). By submitting the payment request form, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described in this Policy.
1. Data Controller
SuccessMark acts as the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. All inquiries relating to your personal data may be directed to privacy@successmark.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to process your payment request and deliver the Services, including: full name, surname, phone number, email address, the amount of the payment request in AED, the date and time you accepted this Policy and our Terms & Conditions, your IP address, browser information, and any supporting documents you choose to upload (such as identification or proof of business).
We do not collect, process, or store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, full bank account credentials, or any cardholder data on this website. Where payment is required, it is processed by a licensed third-party payment provider under their own terms and privacy notice.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your personal data to: (a) verify your identity and the legitimacy of your request; (b) communicate with you regarding your request and the Services; (c) issue invoices and maintain financial records; (d) comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering, tax, and consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates; and (e) protect our rights and resolve disputes. Processing is based on the performance of a contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate business interests.
4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: trusted service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, accounting, legal advisors) under strict confidentiality obligations; competent authorities where required by law; and successors in interest in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Security
All submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored in a database protected by access controls, role-based permissions, and row-level security. Uploaded documents are stored in a private repository and are not publicly accessible. While we apply commercially reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure and you accept that residual risk.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, after which the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, restrict, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Requests may be sent to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor does it entitle you to a refund of fees already paid (see our Terms & Conditions).
8. Marketing Communications
We may use your contact details to send you transactional messages about your request and, where permitted, information about our Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Children
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your submission.
11. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
